Please take NOTE:
• 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗺 𝟱,𝟬𝟬𝟬𝗽𝗵𝗽 purchase to avail the staggered payment.
• All other credit cards (visa and master card) not mentioned above are accepted via straight payment.
• If the cardholder of either Metrobank or BPI is NOT available for personal appearance, card is still accepted but it is NOT eligible for staggered payment.
𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗳 𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 via credit card payment option, 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱:
1. Filled CCAF (credit card authorization form)
2. Picture of credit card back to back (cover security code for security purposes)
3. Valid ID of the cardholder
* Make sure the signature of the cardholder in the credit card is the same signature in the form.
4. Please inform cardholder that Nuskin will call for verification and security purposes before processing of orders.
